RIYAM ALATYA

Riyam Alatya serves as the Human Resources Assistant to the HR director at Carolina Small Business Development Fund. Riyam assists with various HR tasks and projects as well as office management. Prior to coming to CSBDF, Riyam worked for Old Navy for 3 years. Riyam is Iraqi-American, been living in Raleigh, North Carolina for about 8 years. She’s a happy fur mom for Roxey and Jaxey. Riyam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and concentration in Human Resources from North Carolina State University.
