Healthcare: We offer a variety of health insurance options that are a la carte, so you can choose a plan that works for you, including medical (PPO & HSA), dental, and vision.

Retirement: We offer a generous 401(k) employer match to help you build towards your long term retirement goals. In addition, ancillary insurance is offered including short term disability, long term disability, and voluntary life insurance policies.

Time Off: Each Dreamcatcher receives 80 hours or 10 days of accrued vacation time per year (and this increases with tenure). We also know that at times Dreamcatchers can get sick or need to complete annual health check in, so we also offer a 12 days of sick time per year. In addition, we offer all Dreamcatchers 15 Paid Holidays.
