ARAFA SAEED

Arafa joined CSBDF in 2023 having previously served as Salesforce Administrator at both Epsilon and BHG USA. During her time at Epsilon, she proactively improved business processes by working on project-based initiatives using agile methodologies while optimizing Salesforce for maximum efficiency. Arafa is a graduate of Zagazig University, where she majored in Information Communication. Arafa lives in Charlotte with her husband and three children and enjoys reading and exploring new Salesforce features.
