A Florida Native and graduate of The Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Dwayne joined CSBDF in 2022 as an experienced business development professional with a demonstrated history of success in the commercial lending industry. Having a deep knowledge rooted in business analytics, compliance, underwriting and loan operations, Dwayne has over eight years in the commercial lending field serving as a BDO for Wells Fargo and Institute Capital. Outside of work, Dwayne is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys coaching football and mentoring at-risk youth.
