MELISSA TERRELL

Melissa Terrell comes to the Carolina Small Business Development Fund with 14 years of experience supporting small, minority and woman-owned businesses. Included in her experience, Melissa worked with the North Carolina Department of Transportation Office of Civil Rights, Department of Administration Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) and the Women’s Business Center of North Carolina. Her background consists of supporting and assessing small businesses through counseling, training, access to resources and partner engagement throughout the state. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a certified facilitator for the NC REAL Curriculum in Entrepreneurship and Home Healthcare.
